Since 2021, Anna (CONNECT Beratung & Entwicklung) and I have frequently worked as a team of consultants, especially when it comes to larger groups or longer-term support processes. We are both trained and certified systemic organizational developers with many years of experience facilitating and accompanying group and change processes.
